PROJECT MANAGEMENT
If you wish to your own provider yet to be endorsed by RoofChoice and you'd prefer to have peace of mind, you have the option to use our project management service.
For the greater of either $585 or 2% of the cost of your project, we'll oversee the project providing a project completion report prior to you paying your outstanding balance.
our PROCESS
Provider Introduction
Upon engagement of your own provider we'll reach out to them to explain our involvement outlining our expectations and our process. If your provider feels threatened and prefers not to proceed it's because they were planning to misrepresent their services.
Final Inspection
Upon completion of your project we'll complete an inspection of services provided and the quality of workmanship within a completion report before you pay the balance of your project.
Warranty Enforcement
If there are ongoing problems following the completion of your project we will mediate a warranty rectification however please know that due to your provider not being endorsed by RoofChoice our options are limited if they dishonour their warranty.

Where's the RoofChoice Office ? That's easy, we don't have one. By working remotely we save over one million dollars each year allowing this community service to be provided nationally. We can meet either online or the comfort of your own home. Alternatively, if your chosen provider agrees, we're able to meet with you at their premises.
